So yes, I am a wedding planner telling you to hire a wedding planner. Don’t just hire a wedding planner, hire your wedding planner before you book your wedding venue. And here is why!

Your wedding venue is a huge chunk of your wedding budget. HUGE!! Monitoring and allocating your wedding budget is what your wedding planner will assist you with. Your wedding planner will know which venue fits your wedding budget. Before you commit 30k to a wedding venue and you’ve set a budget of 50k, you may want to consider if that venue is right for your wedding budget and all the other wedding vendors you want for your wedding. Your wedding venue has rules and regulations that you may not know about. Some venues require you to use their vendors for your wedding. Well, what happens if you don’t like their vendors? I am looking at what’s the load in time frame? What does the loading dock look like? How flexible is the venue willing to be? What is in that venue’s premium bar? These questions matter and you wouldn’t know to ask these questions if you’re not a wedding planner. You’re more concerned about the pretty and the food. We are concerned about how your wedding will come to life. There is a lot of work behind the scenes.
The key to a seamless wedding planning process is hiring a wedding planner from the very start. Get the support and guidance you need the minute you start planning.
